All purchases made through Chrome Charts are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of a duplicate payment made in error.
It is your sole responsibility to manage your membership, including canceling your subscription prior to any renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same product or service, please contact us at admin@chromecharts-com.preview-domain.com within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. We will review your case and, if approved, issue a refund for the duplicate charge only.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider will result in immediate termination of your membership and revocation of access, as this is a violation of these Terms of Service.
